Autumn Leaves by Nikki Van De Car. Knit out of Stylecraft Life DK in the “Mixtures Gorse” colourway on size 4mm (US 6) needles.

Celestial Socks test knit by Brandi Miller. Knit out of Fleece Artist Trail Sock hand-dyed by krysknits on size 2.25mm (US 1) needles.

On the screen

I’ve been watching a show on Netflix called “The Ranch”. It’s actually a current series, which started in 2016 (surprisingly, I would have thought it was pre-current administration). There’s a lot of problematic humor in it that I don’t appreciate, but there’s also a lot of absolutely hilarious stuff, and there’s Sam Elliott for additional eye candy.

I’ve been watching a few of MinaPhilipp’s shorter snippets this past week, and especially enjoyed the one about her new The New York Hat Collection, which was released this week. Also watched a new episode by Must Love Yarn.

Between the pages

I’ve picked up An Acceptable Time by Madeleine L’Engle again. It’s the final book in the Wrinkle in Time series, and I had misplaced it, and so had to start again. I’m very much enjoying it, and look forward to finishing it so I can finally watch the movie!!
